Hartmann Cosmopor E dressings are sterile, self-adhesive and non-woven, suitable for sensitive skin. They are indicated for post-operative care or for the sterile treatment of superficial wounds, for example during first aid.

The pad is made of viscose with a polyethylene mesh cover. It does not adhere to the wound. The non-woven material is entirely made of polyester. The adhesive is made of rubber.
The corners of the dressings are rounded, to limit creasing, wrinkling and peeling.
They are easy to apply thanks to their self-adhesive backing. For better tolerance, these dressings are latex-free. They are also colophony-free and phthalate-free.
These Hartmann Cosmopor E dressings will protect the wound from dirt and pathogens from the outside world. They have been sterilized with ethylene oxide. They are not reusable.

These Cosmopor E dressings are from the Hartmann brand, specialists in dressing manufacturing for two centuries.
