ARTICLE 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

5.1 Shipping and Carriers

novapara.ma offers you various delivery services, directly to your home or workplace.

After confirmation of the Order by novapara.ma, we undertake to prepare and deliver or ship to the Customer, under their responsibility,

the ordered products to the delivery address within the timeframes indicated on our website.

Casablanca, Bouskoura, Dar Bouaza :
orders under 399dh => Delivery 20dh
orders over 399dh => Free delivery

Outside Casablanca :
orders under 599Dh => Delivery 35dh
orders over 599Dh => Free delivery

Delivery times are given for information purposes only and do not constitute an obligation of result for the company GLOBAL PARAPHARMACIE GPP.

No exceeding of the aforementioned period which would be less than 7 working days may give rise to an order cancellation.

Any potential delivery delays attributable to the carrier or to the company GLOBAL PARAPHARMACIE GPP do not give the customer the right to claim damages.

Delivery takes place, depending on the Customer's address, either at the address indicated by the customer or by making the order available at a pickup location designated during order confirmation.

These terms are specified in the shipping notification email for the order.

Any impossibility of delivery due to the customer's absence at the agreed time for delivery or non-collection of goods within the allotted time may result in the customer paying additional fees,

corresponding to a new delivery of the initially ordered product which could not be delivered due to the customer.

Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must imperatively, before signing the delivery slip, verify the conformity of the delivery with their order (products and quantities ordered) and that the products have not suffered any damage during transport.

In case of loss of package during transport, investigation times vary from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the carrier.

The company GLOBAL PARAPHARMACIE GPP will inform the customer as soon as possible of the results of this search.

It is specified that The company GLOBAL PARAPHARMACIE GPP will never be obliged, whatever the circumstances, to accept a return of goods.

Any order that remains pending with the carrier due to non-receipt for any reason whatsoever entails the customer's responsibility, and therefore all costs generated by this delay, including transport, are borne by the customer.
