Shipping Policy

Once the order is confirmed, we instantly prepare your order and ship it to you.

If you are outside Casablanca: We send the package on the same day with our delivery partners who deliver to you in a maximum of 2 working days.

Delivery fees are flat rate:

Casablanca, Bouskoura, Dar Bouaza:
- orders under 399dh => Delivery 20dh
- orders over 399dh => Free delivery

Outside Casablanca:
- orders under 599Dh => Delivery 35dh
- orders over 599Dh => Free delivery

 

We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them.

Packages are oversized and protected.

Upon receipt of the goods, you must imperatively check the conformity of the delivery with your order (products and quantities ordered) and that the products have not suffered any damage during transport.

In the event that a product has suffered any damage affecting its essential characteristics, you must refuse receipt and inform us by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt within 7 days. Failing this, the delivered products will be deemed to have been received in good condition.

"Nova Para" cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays. 

A delivery delay does not give the customer the right to claim damages.
