Composition

Par dose journalière : Agents de charge (mannitol, cellulose microcristalline, amidon de maïs), arôme vanille, antiagglomérants (sels de magnésium, acides gras, mélatonine (1,9 mg).

Conseils d'utilisation 

Difficultés d'endormissement : Prenez 1 comprimé par jour au coucher. Laissez le fondre sous la langue sans eau pour une action optimale.

Décalage horaire : Consommez 1 comprimé par jour au coucher, dès le premier jour de votre voyage et durant les jours suivants, jusqu’à ce que les effets du décalage horaire s’atténuent.

 Ne pas dépasser la dose journalière recommandée.

Ne pas conduire ni utiliser de machines dans les 4 à 5 heures suivant la prise.

Déconseillé aux femmes enceintes ou allaitantes, ainsi qu'aux enfants sans avis médical.

Une utilisation excessive peut entraîner des effets laxatifs.
