Ils sont très présents dans le tissu musculaire et entrent donc dans la constitution du muscle. Un apport en BCAA est donc indispensable lors de la pratique d’un sport et ce, quel que soit ce dernier (bodybuilding, fitness, sports d’endurance, sports explosifs...). Non synthétisés par l’organisme, ils doivent être apportés par l’alimentation et/ou la supplémentation.

Conseils d’utilisation :
Diluez 1 mesure rase dans 250ml d’eau froide/ Mélangez et consommez.
Prendre 1 mesure rase avant l’entraînement puis 1 mesure après.
