Instructions for use

Preparation of the clay paste: Pour the desired amount of green clay into a glass or wooden container. Add a volume of spring water to completely immerse the clay. Let it rest for about half an hour, then stir with a non-metallic spatula to obtain a smooth paste.

As a beauty mask: Apply a thick layer to the face and neck, avoiding the eye and lip contours, or to the scalp. Leave on for about 10 minutes without letting the mask dry. Rinse with lukewarm water and dry.

As a hair mask: Apply a thick layer to the roots of the hair. Leave on for about 10 minutes without letting the mask dry. Rinse with lukewarm water and apply shampoo. Ideal for oily hair.

As a poultice: Spread the paste on a natural textile. Spread the clay with a non-metallic spatula to a thickness of 1 cm. Place the poultice, allowing the clay to be in direct contact with the skin, and secure it (without tightening too much) with a bandage. Leave the poultice on for one hour. To remove it, remove as much clay as possible, humidifying it if necessary, then rinse the skin and dry.

As clay water: Pour one to two teaspoons of green clay into a glass and add spring water. Mix with a non-metallic spatula. Wait for the clay to settle at the bottom and use only the clay water.
